Garter With Ruffles

Free garter that I made from scratch that has 1,842 faces/polys. This is fitted to Pandaabears female base, however its not rigged but you can always use data transfer. There are no textures but you can add materials, its also uv mapped if you choose to add texture. This is free to use however you want just please credit me and don't claim as your own.
